Origin Story
The Moral Compass Collective began when two women, overwhelmed by the state of the world around them, decided to stop waiting for change and start creating it. What began as a conversation about shared values grew into a community of people choosing to live — and lead — with dignity, honesty, compassion, and courage.

We believe in dignity and respect for all people. We believe in honesty, accountability, and truth. We believe in fairness under the law. We believe in meeting basic human needs. We believe in community, compassion, and shared responsibility. We believe everyday people have the power to create change.
